Working within a successful Accountancy and Finance team, you will perform a full 360 degree recruitment role, successfully taking their brand and values to market, growing market share through networking, client visits and telephone contact. You will take ownership of your candidate base, and manage this effectively to ensure you are placing candidates for the long term. There is genuine scope for you to develop your skills set into a management role in 12 – 18 months.
With a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (ideally within Accountancy and Finance, or else within another professional services sector), you should be a confident and capable communicator and be able to deliver a first class recruitment service to both your clients and candidates alike. With a tenacious and thorough approach, you should enjoy having a manager that leads by example and will support you in growing your own desk.
