The Company:

With a well-established client base throughout NSW, this Boutique Consultancy are experiencing strong growth within the Accountancy and Finance, Banking and Insurance and Business Support area they service. The current high performing team are now looking to add additional consultants across Accounting and Finance, with both contract and permanent desks on offer.

The Role:

This is a full 360 degree recruitment role where you will be expected to grow and develop market share by contacting prospective clients, networking through your candidate portfolio and leveraging from existing relationships. As such you will have the autonomy to grow your desk, but you will also be a part of a motivated, upbeat recruitment team.

The Person:

You should be a tenured recruiter who knows what it takes to get results. With a consultative and collaborative approach to developing business and relationship building, you should have exceptional communication skills and be committed to providing exceptional customer care.
