Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking to appoint a Blue Collar Trades Recruitment Consultant to this busy team. This is a high volume desk, so the ability to multi-task is a must. You will be telephone screening and booking candidates in for interview, conducting in depth interviews, taking references, and preparing candidates for mobilisation to site. In addition you will be involved in developing the desk further, by taking your candidates to market and making business development calls.
You will ideally come from a Blue Collar recruitment background, but consideration will also be given to those candidates with a strong sales background wanting to take their first step into recruitment. You should be quick to build rapport, have exceptional organisation skills, and be able to multi-task. Above all, as this is an extremely fast paced role, you must be able to keep your sense of humour and your wits about you at all times! This is an extremely team-orientated role, and you will benefit from being well supported by your colleagues.
