With a management team with over 20 years combined experience they have built their reputation by providing an honest, value for money offering to their clients and an exceptional candidate experience. Due to the fact that all Directors are hands on billers, this role would suit someone who can self manage and take control of their own niche desk.
Ideally with 2 years plus recruitment experience gained within the WA market, you will now be seeking the next step. Perhaps you have been limited by onerous KPI’s, or have experienced one meeting too many? This role offers autonomy, but with the support of the management team if you need it. There is an impressive, up to date database to work with, but you will be expected to nuture existing relationships and also bring on board new clients as well. You should be happy networking through candidates and seeking out referrals at every opportunity.
