This is a varied, busy role in a fast paced environment. If you are a “think on your feet, and outside of the square” Recruiter then this could be the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for identifying talent pools using a range of methods including advertising, professional networks and referrals. Additionally you should be confident screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates. You should have strong attention to detail, have first rate administrative skills and be an effective communicator.
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience gained either in an agency or internal recruitment position. You will have a sound understanding of the IT space, undertanding terminology and associated professional disciplines. With the ability to self manage, you will also be able to work under pressure and often to very tight deadlines.
