Already boasting an impressive portfolio of clients that they work with, this role will focus on service delivery with some additional Business Development to further grow these warm accounts. You will aim to increase your candidate database by networking through your current candidates, asking for referrals, taking references and attending trade conferences. You will also be involved in reverse marketing those candidates with a hard to find skills set to the established client base.
