This is a full 360 degree role where you will be working in a mature/ non KPI driven environment alongside top performing consultants with many years’ experience in the industry and with this Company. You will be responsible for Business Development including winning new business, networking and maximising potential within warm clients to Account Management for some existing PSA clients. You will look after both the temporary and permanent recruitment needs and recruit across the full spectrum of IT roles for your clients. Your career prospects are excellent and could see you being trained and mentored to grow into a Team Leader/ Management role in the future or alternatively you will be recognised and empowered as a Senior Consultant if management is not where you want to go. Your bonus/commission earnings are uncapped.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in IT recruitment. Most important you must have the desire to reach your absolute potential and will be open to constructive feedback and doing the hard work to get you there. You will also be used to developing long term relationships with both candidates and clients and working to the highest levels of professionalism and ethics. 457 Sponsorship offered if necessary.
