This Mining Services Client has built a strong reputation in the WA market, and is now poised for continued growth throughout 2018. Employing in excess of 200 staff, they are now looking to ramp up operations and, as such, they need an on site consultant to facilitate this growth.
Working closely with line managers you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for thes business. Duties will include designing job specifications and job advertisements, pre-screening and interviewing potential candidates, providing a short list to hiring managers and dealing with the on-boarding process. You will ensure all documents and paperwork is current and accurate, you will monitor starters and finishes, and ensure candidates are redeployed where possible. Other ad hoc duties may be required from time to time.
You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience gained within either an internal or agency role. With the ability to think outside of the square, you should have a solutions focussed mindset and be able to think creatively when it comes to sourcing difficult to fill roles. This is a very busy environment, so the ability to manage your time effectively is a must!
