Due to an internal promotion, my client is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their top performing team. You will focus on placing white collar professionals into the commercial/retail property sector. The may challenge in this role is sourcing those hard to find candidates, however this client has strong networks within their sector and sponsor a number of industry awards and events, and as such you will be able to leverage of these relationships to find the best candidates in the market.
Taking over an established perm desk, you should be a confident and capable recruiter who has placed candidates at a senior professional level previously. Construction experience is desirable, however not a pre-requisite – more so is your ability to maintain and develop long standing relationships with clients by providing a first class service. Additionally, you should have outstanding networking skills, and a ‘think outside of the box’ mentality when it comes to sourcing candidates.
