With experience in the recruitment industry, you should have a keen interest in Healthcare and be willing to immerse yourself in to this growing area. You will be responsible for identifying and on boarding candidates with highly sought after skills sets for roles both in the local and regional WA markets. This role is predominantly telephone based, so your ability to build rapport with candidate and clients is key. You should be confident to offer a point of difference and value add service.
