The Company:

This Iconic Western Australian organisation are dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives. Funded in the most part by charitable donations, they are now well positioned and funded to continue into 2018-2019. They now have a vacancy within their Medical Services environment for a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join their team.

The Role:

Your role will involve conducting phone screens, document collection and reference checks for high volume recruitment drives. You will respond to applicant queries in an accurate and timely manner to ensure excellent customer service and candidate engagement. Additionally you will ensure all Health Services vacancies are filled with appropriately qualified staff members in a speedy and efficient way.

The Person:

You will have a high level of verbal and written communication skills in addition to excellent customer service skills and experience supporting internal and external customers alike. You should also have high volume recruitment experience and the ability to manage and report on data from recruitment/rostering systems. Also you should be able to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure service area outcomes, administration standards and expectations are achieved.
