The Company:

With an exceptional reputation in their field of Accounting and Finance, and Office Support recruitment, this client has an impressive and loyal client base across a variety of sectors, and currently operates out of Perth and Sydney. Their consultants are motivated, driven individuals who know what it takes to be successful professionals without having strict KPI’s. They are now continuing to grow their teams both in Perth and Sydney and are also looking to open two further offices throughout the APAC region.

The Role:

Working within a high performing team, you will be responsible for placing candidates within the commercial finance space. There are a number of PSA agreements in place which you will be responsible for servicing in addition to developing new business. This client offers one of the best commission schemes in the market, a mature and “grown up” recruitment environment that also values that precious work/life balance and, for talented individuals, the opportunity for profit share is a real possibility.

The Person:

You should have at least 3 years recruitment experience gained in specialist consultancy environment. The ability to adopt a truly consultative approach to recruitment is a must – this client is all about fostering a positive recruitment experience for the client and candidate alike. They will consider candidates who do not directly have Australian experience, and will support sponsorship should you meet the current immigration criteria.
