Working within a small team of 2, your will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements of both existing clients, whilst also developing your own clients base as well. You will focus on delivering high calibre recruitment services in the local White Collar Technical space, and should be dedicated to showing your skills and knowledge of roles in this specific area. You will adopt a “think outside the square” approach when sourcing those hard to fill roles, will utilise your networks to leverage referrals and will be totally tenacious in your desire to fill vacancies. With first rate systems at your fingertips and an already well established client and candidate database, you will have all of the tools required to make your role more efficient.
