Due to continued explansion they are looking for a trainee Recruiter to join their team.

The Role:

People are at the heart of this business, and they are always keen to grow and develop their own staff. This role would suit somebody who has either a sales or real estate/property background. You will be fully trained by a mentor in the art of recruitment, and will be responsible for growing your own desk in the Facilities Management space. You will be given dedicated one on one training to ensure that you have the tools available to make you the best consultant you can be.

The Person:

With bags of energy and the willingness to learn, you should be fearless when it comes to picking up the phone. It’s all about attitude in this role – you will be given as much (or as little) support as you need to ensure you make your first steps on the recruitment career ladder positive ones. You should be prepared to work hard, but in return you will be given a good base salary and the opportunity to earn bonus in a really short time frame.
